Limited Small-Batch Bakes

A few times each month, special Italian pastries and seasonal creations are released in limited quantities through Hotplate. It’s an opportunity to enjoy a mini cake without ordering a full 6-inch cake, or pick up just a couple of sfogliatelle instead of a dozen.

These small-batch bakes are my way of sharing more of the Italian flavors and specialties I love with the Boerne and San Antonio community—making it possible to enjoy something special, even when you’re simply craving a little taste of Italy.
